NPC Membership: All contestants must be a member of the NPC National Physique Committee. For an application, contact the NPC at P.O. Box 3711, Pittsburgh, PA 15230 / 412-276-5027 / Website: www.npcnewsonline.com. Competitors may register for an NPC card at the Check-In / Weigh-In – $150.00

How to Qualify: Competitors are not required to pre-qualify for this NPC event.

National Qualifier:

  • Bodybuilding – Men: Top 2 in each class qualify for ANY national event for 1 year. 
  • Figure & Bikini: Top 2 in each class qualify for ANY national level event for 1 year.
  • Men's, Women’s & Classic Physique: Top 2 in each class qualify for ANY national level event for 1 year.
  • Wellness: All competitors qualify for any NPC National contest.

*Backstage: Dumbbells are NOT permitted backstage – EXERCISE BANDS PERMITTED

Entry Fee (ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS): An entry fee of $115.00 for one division. An additional $100.00 will be charged for each additional division.

Divisions:

NPC FIT MODEL DIVISION: 2 Classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall - Up to 5'4" and Over 5' 4"

NPC Fit Model Novice: 1 Class, 5 Places - A novice is an athlete that has never placed first in their class in a novice, masters or open contest.

NPC FIT MODEL MASTER CLASS: 1 Class, 5 Places - 35 years and over

Men’s Bodybuilding Weight Classes: 7 Classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall

  • Bantamweight:                 Up to and including 143-1/4 lbs
  • Lightweight:                      Up to and including 154-1/4 lbs
  • Welterweight:                   Up to and including 165-1/4 lbs
  • Middleweight:                  Up to and including 176-1/4 lbs
  • Light-Heavyweight          Up to and including 198-1/4 lbs
  • Heavyweight:                    Up to and including 225-1/4 lbs
  • Super-Heavyweight:        Over 225-1/4 lbs

Men's Bodybuilding Novice: 1 Class, 5 Places - A Novice is an athlete that has never placed first in their class in a novice, masters or open contest.

Men’s Bodybuilding Masters 40-49: 1 Class, 5 Places - 40-49 years of age

Men's Bodybuilding Masters 50-59: 1 Class, 5 Places - 50-59 years of age

Men's Bodybuilding Masters 60+: 1 Class, 5 Places - 60 years and over

Figure Divisions: 4 Classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall

  • Class A: Up to and including 5’2”
  • Class B: Over 5’2” up to 5’4”
  • Class C: Over 5’4” up to 5’6”
  • Class D: Over 5’6”

Figure Masters 35-39: 1 Class, 5 Places  - 35-39 years of age

Figure Masters 40-49: 1 Class, 5 Places - 40-49 years of age

Figure Masters 50+: 1 Class, 5 Places - 50 years and over 

Figure Novice: 1 Class, 5 Places - A Novice is an athlete that has never placed first in their class in a novice, masters or open contest.

Figure Rounds: 2 rounds of competition wearing a 2-piece swimsuit with heels.

  • Presentation Round: Each competitor performs a front stance and 3 model stances
  • Comparison Round: Competitors will be directed to do quarter turns in a group.

Bikini Divisions: 4 Classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall

  • Class A: Up to and including 5’2”
  • Class B: Over 5’2” up to 5’4”
  • Class C: Over 5’4” up to 5’6”
  • Class D: Over 5’6”

Bikini Novice: 3 Classes, 5 Places - A Novice is an athlete that has never placed first in their class in a novice, masters or open contest.

Bikini Masters 35-39: 1 Class, 5 Places - 35-39 years of age

Bikini Masters 40-49: 1 Class, 5 Places 40-49 years of age

Bikini Masters 50+: 1 Class, 5 Places - 50 years and over

Bikini Collegiate: 1 Class, 5 Places - Must be a full or part time student in 2025 at a college or university. Age limit: 25 years and under.

Bikini Rounds: 2 rounds of competition wearing a 2-piece swimsuit with heels.

  • Presentation Round: Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in the stances of their choice.
  • Comparison Round: Competitors will be directed to do turns to the front and back.

Men's Classic Physique Divisions: 3 Classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall (MUST MAKE WEIGHT TO COMPETE)

  • Presentation Round: Each competitor has 10 seconds to present themselves in stances with a hand on their hip.
  • Comparison Round: Contestants will be brought out in a group and directed to do stances to the front and back.

Women's Wellness: 3 Classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall

Women's Wellness Novice: 2 Classes, 5 Places and No Overall

Women's Wellness Masters: 1 Class, 5 Places - 35 years and over

Women’s Physique Divisions: 2 classes, 5 Places and 1 Overall

  • Class A: Up to 5'4"
  • Class B: Over 5'4"

Women's Physique Masters: 1 Class, 5 Places - 35 years of age and over as of the date of the contest.

Women’s Physique Rounds: 2 rounds of competition.

  • Relaxed Round: Competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to do quarter turns.
  • Comparison Round: Competitors will be brought out in a group and directed to 5 mandatory poses. 

Bodybuilding, Classic Physique and Women’s Physique Music:

  • Music must be downloaded with entry form.
  • Music CANNOT exceed 60 seconds and will begin when the competitors name is announced.

Trainer’s Pass: You can purchase a trainers pass for the backstage area.

  • One Trainers Pass per competitor – $75.00 (cash only / Absolutely No Refunds)
  • Trainer must have ticket to event.
  • Trainers pass MUST be purchased at or before check-in / weigh-in on Friday May 23, 2025.
